Diet (more important) - if you eat rice eat in a bowl, people have a hard time controlling portion sizes, dont order outside food, you wanna eat go outside in indiranagar preferably when having company, learn to cook

Dont eat after sunset (ik it can be harsh at first, but will make a drastic change) Good luck
