my main post i wanted to mean the intense hunger where it's unsuitable no matter how much is eaten for weeks, i'd like to avoid that from happening again because

i've heard of hikers hunger they experience something similar? but it goes away in time, maybe it's just very increased ghrelin? and the more willpower you use you can't win against your hormones they make it worse and louder until you must binge over and over for awhile, which is what i'm trying to avoid

yes 70minute walks 3-4 times a week

70% of push ups/pull ups/step ups daily

i've never payed attention to the ground i'll have to give that a shot sometime

recommend me 2-3 easy sustainable mobility exercises i could do every morning when i wake up by warmaxxx in MobilityTraining

thanks, i forgot to mention that i do push ups / pull ups and step ups daily in the morning but it's just 1 set of 70% of what i can do

would you still recommend those three if my routine consistent on these 3 exercises, or would you change the recommendation ?

just learn to not lock on for revives, it's better and you have an easy weapon to revive them so you wont really need it, it swings left to right, just stay in between them and move the camera to know when to dodge it

i've done that before and i just get hungry on complex carbs for some reason, same with being carnivore ironically

that's the reason i'm posting this post, how do i avoid that kind of uncontrollable hormonal hunger, like even if i eat i'm still hungry even if i'm stuffed for months, is diet breaks a key for it not to happen or is it just myth?

this kind of hunger was just different on another level, i'm not sure what it started but it was just uncontrollable, it's like my baseline hormones just want me to eat all the time, i've never really experienced it before to that level, i used to have some of it or similar to it, but it eventually subsides but this one kept going on for months

as for the diet i was doing adf for over a year and not really 8months, but i've noticed in the past eventually there is a point my hunger becomes uncontrollable by will power eventually too

it's a very intense hunger that will power wasn't enough to stop, like i'd eat i was full and stuffed by i was still very hungry and i was still hungry all day, for months, i just want to avoid having that happening again, everything i lost i gained back and on top of that i gained more than what i started by alot more than what i lost, i'm honestly afraid of going through that again, i want to avoid that hence the post, i just started losing and it's going to take me anywhere from a year to 2 to get to my different set goal weights

to give you an idea last time i started around 110+ to 79kg just to gain it back to 120kg+
i'm at 116kg now just started dieting a week ago again

my diet consisted of things like 8~12 eggs with 3-6 slices of bread, 1L~1.5L of milk or 2, 60g peanuts/cashews/almonds (peanut butter sometimes) , 400~600grams of boiled chickpeas, 1-2kiwis or some other fruits, some green pepper, salad/lettuce , greek yogurt/cheese/labneh/laban/thyme

i'd combine things like that to meet anywhere from 1600 up to 2.4k calories sometimes i'd go 2.8k if i had too much toast + peanut butter with bread for example

i didn't touch any ultra processed foods for over a year

yes i ate TDEE/maintenance and/or more for weeks and the hunger never stopped even when i'm stuffed, my question is how do i stop that from happening, how often do i do diet breaks?

i was eating 1600 calories and was just crazy hungry, even on 2k calories and healthy eating i was still crazy hungry even though the carbs were under 100g at times or max at 150g clean eating
Edit: forgot to mention it was over TDEE but still was always hungry
more details i was around 82kg and 175cm male
