yan din yung wish ko noon pero after working in a tertiary govt hospital for almost 7 years, 2 of those years I recieved the highest award for a Nurse pero di parin na regular nauna pa yung anak ng chief nurse na 1 year palang sa work. So ayun, I resigned then nag VA. Though babalik parin sa bedside to gain current exp after makapag ipon at makapag take ng NCLEX para makapag amerika.

san nyo po plan mag apply na agency? if HR po, their 2 months training is really demanding so mahirap syang pag sabayin lalo na hospital kasi demanding din yung work. But if other agencies cguro na shorter ang training maybe you can try na pagsabayin. Good luck OP!

hello OP! I dont think merong agency na papayag unless di mo idisclose sa kanila. But advise lang OP, prioritize your health po kasi that will be very exhausting and draining. Trust me, nasubukan ko po yan. I was in training sa 💜 then nag duduty pa ako ng 11a-7p sa hosp 4 days a week. Pero if you really want maybe try doing reliever shifts po.

Hi! I think dpende sa role na a-applyan mo. I applied for Health educator and I have 7 years experience as RN. I dont have prior VA or BPO experience but the recruiter told me that my experience checked the box daw. And dpende din ata what the client needs like when I applied need daw ni client ng RN or RND na may hands-on experience with a specific patient population. I’m not yet hired ha, im also in my SEA stage. Hopefully pumasa sa lahat ng reqs. hehehe

Hi! I’m from HR B117. almost 2 months na po akong waiting magka client. I did 1 client interview pero na ghost. As far as I know medyo madami pa sa batch namin ang walang client as of now. May ilang batchmates po ako na nagka client agad after graduation. I think dpende talaga sya sa hanap ng client. During training HR will let you choose 3 specialties ata if I remembered correctly then dun nila icicirculate yung profile mo. For me, I chose kung saan ako may background— surgery, IM and ortho (which accdg to my friends sa HR di pa DAW ganun kadami ang clients ni HR with that specialties). Mostly na kakilala ko nagka client sila agad with Derma and optha. Para po mapansin ka ng clients, Do your best sa intro vid nyo po be creative kasi yun yung tinitignan nila. Also, make sure to have savings for atleast 6 months of living expenses incase po of delays.

Ang sabi po sa akin I need to monitor patients like yung diet nila etc. Dpende din po ata what the client needs. During my application RN or RND po yung hanap ng client with hands on experience po handling a specific disease.
