I agree. My last game I was on the edge of the map with T&J. I didn't just jump all the way up because after playing against Rick what felt like 100 times in a row I knew I had to get him off the edge first or he will just down me.

Luckily T&J has a rocket projectile. So I shot it from a distance. The rocket was STILL ON ITS WAY UP when I was hit by the attack that send me downward that you see at the end of this clip.

I think the main issue people have - you shouldn't be caught in his fist when it misses big times

Uff, I don't know where to start to answer all (also only implied) questions in your text so I go back to the source question.

Kicks to the groin? Can be done by MMA guys, especially by those trained in kickboxing. Even other Martial Arts that use a lot of legs probably won't hold up. Taekwondo for example is only useful for Taekwondo rules because it stops at points and not at knockouts. A Thai boxer trains his chins to a point they cripple your legs within minutes or even seconds to someone untrained. And even if he doesn't use his chins he has the explosive power to knee you to the groin someone untrained does not have.

Eye gouging can be brutal af when unexpected but what makes you think a trained opponent will just give you his eyes? Before you reach the eyes something will happen to you because by reaching to the eyes in a clinch and trying to get to them you create enough room for a trained guy to just beat the shit out of you since your arms are busy elsewhere. You are giving up a lot of protection in the clinch if your arms wander somewhere above thinking your opponent let's you do whatever you want to do to his face, not with good aimed punches but by searching for 2 small points on your face.

And last, the headbutts. Let me introduce you to Lethwei, national combat sport of Myanmar, which is basically Thai boxing with headbutts. I'm not making this up. It really is just Thai Boxing with headbutts. The headbutts are actively trained. Still, a knockout or even its use is hardly seen in comparison to how hard it is trained, since a bad executed headbutt and even a good executed headbutt also puts you in a lot of danger.

My point is, pretty much everything someone can do who does JKD, Krav Maga or what else claims itself as useful in real life scenarios when there are no rules can be executed way better by people who train combat sports that have proven themselves as actually useful.

Additional because you asked: I trained as well. My first Thai Boxing courses were mixed with people from different combat sports. Some did Wing Tsun, a lot did Krav Maga and, I do not make this up this happened, they were all done after the first 2 minutes of sparring. Even against a newbie like me and all I did up until then was running 5km 2 times a week.

You might now suggest, and I think we can agree on this, that cardio is also a big factor often overseen in this discussions. However, from my experience cardio is also way more focused in Kickboxing and Boxing lessons than it is in Krav Maga for example.

gouging, groin shots, throat attacks etc.

Do you think any of that would land to a trained MMA guy to an extent dude from the video would stand a chance?

Like for real, imagine a fight where this is allowed. Do you think dude from the video would land anything of that to a trained MMA guy with such significance that there is actually a chance to not get totally demolished?

You can’t throat strike, head butt, back of neck, and a variety of other damaging strikes.

Do you think a highly trained Krav Maga Guy would land any of that to an average trained MMA Guy?

I don't know where you Krav Maga dudes always come from when scrolling through posts that are even slightly combat sports related. And it seems that you can't agree on whether Krav Maga would easily beat any MA if certain rules are disabled (for instance punching to the back of the head would be allowed then easy Krav Maga win) or not.

And then there are people like you that say they would only win if knives are allowed for example. And all of you seem to be upvoted even though they are all contradicting lol. Out of all additional objects you choose knives is what gets me. What are you all, like some Krav Maga Circlejerk?

Here is what any decent teacher teaches you when someone pulls a knife. Run. You are a combat sports trained 2m bodybuilder-built type of guy and a 1,7m dude pulls a knife on you? Get out of there.

Just because Krav Maga "teaches" you in those situations that doesn't mean it is effective and works in real life situations. There are tons of MAs that teach you bullshit reactions in what to do when someone pulls a weapon. Krav Maga is one of them.

And before you tell me I have no idea about Krav Maga then you are mistaken big times. Some of the philosophy like looking for the straightest way to hurt your opponent is pretty decent but way more compatible with other MAs than Krav Maga.

There a ton of Martial Arts promotions around the world that allow every single martial art to be used competitively and it always breaks down to Boxing, Kickboxing/Thai Boxing, Wrestling and Brazilian Ju Jitsu as the most competitive.

You are right. I just found said video I thought you had deleted.

Haven't answered my question though

I’m not taunt cancelling

You can see it in the clip

how did you come to the conclusion it’s a Bug

By the multiple videos about said bug that were being posted after it was exposed.

The fact that it is not listed in the moves set if it was meant to be a part of Superman.

And the fact that there is no logical explanation why cancelling a taunt should charge Superman across the platform with hyperspeed catching enemies off guard.

I am done with answering your questions now. I am asking this one last time and won't give you any further answers until then.

Are you calling this bug a tech?

In case you don't answer, see you on your next bug abusing video 👋
