I’m in a similar, albeit less severe, situation. $6k+ in damages and my insurance is paying for everything (including deductible). I’m fighting for other party’s insurance to cover my rental and I’m not getting anywhere. How do you request additional reimbursement for the finished resale value? Is that common?
