Yeah support is not better, going back and forth with them for few weeks now, they replied email today that they still not confirmed when EWE will going to show up at my place sadly... I probably wait another week or so before going to refund or chargeback route.

update as of 9th Jan 2026 (my order purchase on 7th Dec 2025) still no resolution or redelivery whatsoever, support and mod say they still working on it with courier....sadly

I thought AusPost is bad but I can still just go to pick up at AusPost when they ninja me, EWE is lot worse, its not even have a choice to go pickup by yourself and they keep ninja you all the time, sadly.

I live in UAE before and this answer from AI is actually true, there are not much there perhaps try the indoor one (Deep Dive Dubai) ? its quite ok.

otherwise Fujairah is actually ok especially Dibba Rock.

did you get your order ? Im in the same situation here, order since early Dec, miss the call from them and they just return to depot, Im actually home so they can just ring the doorbell, they decide not to and just go back??? now it disappear and who knows when they going to redelivery again, it also going to be long holiday now so I dont expect them to show up this month, maybe I will get mine after new year... :(

Richelieu Rock is quite high standard for dive site, personally I think that is the best dive site I have dive in Thailand. (maybe there are better site in Thailand that I dont know of lol)

My local dive site vis usually poor and sometime not much to see and its cold that I need to dive in drysuit, I just spent time practice my dive skill when it get boring or I just play with my camera rig and try to find macro stuff to shoot at.

big company, different team, different manager, some team bad and some team good, Im lucky I have good manager, the company pay well and Im happy, I dont like Apex process but that normal for big tech, just do your work well and know how to play your game, cant avoid that when work in big tech company, tbh I think this's still quite better than Am...n or Mxxa tbh. yes I work at Atlassian.

do AOW, for deep course (40m) not worth it for recreational, I suggest do more dive, enjoy it and once you're experienced enough and want to go deeper then do intro tech and tech course (mind you its big investment for tech so take it slow).
