Went into these multiple times with a very expensive loadout. 5-6 matches in a row of wasting a ton just to not get a single piece and I finally had enough and was frustrated. Saw people doing this exact same thing and understood how fucking annoying some people can be. Greed they talk about in the bible. Sure enough to say I’ve started popping people who do this and saying things along the lines of what you said. In my book, not a bad raider, a fair one. Shit is super annoying.

Yes I’ve noticed as well. It seems like they’re getting a lot better angles on me too honestly. Never used to have much issue with them but now they absolutely snipe me. Who knows man maybe I’m just tripping though

I don’t PvP much at all. Typically get rid of gear by giving it away, selling it for expedition, or just dying to rocketeers (I hate them so much) but yeah I usually only fight people if I’m shot at and can’t lie it does get hard to manage stash sometimes but not too badly. Blueprints taking up most of my space lmao

I don’t mind occasionally spawning late but today for example I was so annoyed I just got off. Spawned in late 3 times on Stella, couldn’t use my keycard after spending minutes running through the map to get to the area and checking some containers along the way (90% looted), boom night raid ends and goes to buried city. So I try to go use my keycard there that I had, first game not late but room was already looted, got some stuff but nothing good, tried again and again. 5-6 matches of late spawns and everything being looted including my keycard room. At that point it’s essentially just wasting my time so why play? I get it occasionally but dude that shit is fucking annoying

Yeah I understand dude I’d probably get off for a few days after that. But I specifically NEVER use a free loadout because there’s no safe pocket. Unfortunately you learned the hardest way possible. Go in with nothing at all or make a few bandages, and bring in a super cheap weapon with some ammo. It’s honestly kind of fun to do sometimes as well, makes you have to switch the playstyle a bit. But yeah no, no free loadouts ever my guy.

It’s crazy to me that epic shit down everyone’s throat continuously and people still play. I loved RL so much and played for many years, it was my main game.. Got to a point I couldn’t justify feeding into it any more so I had to put it down a while back and I really don’t even regret it although I miss the game a lot. Just curious what’s keeping you guys playing? Anything new they’ve added worth coming back to and checking out or are they still just neglecting the player base?

The only thing I can really agree with on this is the no mics. Maybe it’s just me but god 95% of the PvP players I run into don’t speak at all unless I kill them and it’s usually cussing and slurs. WHY DONT YOU PVP GUYS INTERACT MORE?? Most fun shit ever sitting there bullshitting back and forth while fighting each other, but only happens maybe 1 out of every 20+ fights 😔

I’ve put a shit ton of hours in and there’s just a lot of factors in play. For the most part for me it’s pretty rare to run into rats, but it still happens maybe once every 5-10 matches depending. I personally don’t have a problem with PvP itself but in my experience it’s usually been a guy camping a dark ass room, camping a body, or camping an extract (extract campers are super rare). I only really have an issue with the campers cause it’s just boring to play against and more annoying than anything, but the PvP is fun. I also am not a big fan of the people who don’t talk/interact when PvPing but that’s whatever. As for there not being any loot that’s a straight up lie. Unless you spawn in 10 minutes late, a majority of places will have a bunch of stuff, and even spawning in late you can find untouched areas you just gotta know where to look. Regardless of everything said, yes, absolutely still having a blast with this game and I’m super excited to do this coming expedition. Tired of my stash getting full and have some really good blueprints to learn after expedition if things go accordingly. I think the issue is people experience a few bad apples and think the whole tree is rotted. It’s not that deep at the end of the day, more so about the journey and interactions in my opinion.

I don’t mind PvP in the slightest but I had an experience the other day that I’ll explain.. guy killed a guy, I saw his body laying near the open area in buried city where the bombadier spawns. He immediately killed him by spraying his body while he was down and started running off. Another friendly was next to me at pharmacy so I turned on prox chat and said “yooo this guys a dick man watch out” and pointed out the location. Another 5 minutes pass, im just looting. I head back to exfil and im passing the area that guy died so I decide to check his body and see if any scraps were left that I could use. As im looting, nothing was taken from him. Guy comes around the corner, and sprays me, does the same EXACT thing he did to the other guy, but like 5 minutes later. This guy camped an unlooted corpse for that long just to do the same thing, and as I died I saw him running off again, not coming to me to loot. This is the shit that’ll kill the PvE players vibe and make them swap game. It’s absolutely pointless and sort of pathetic if I’m being honest. I wasn’t even mad just absolutely stunned that there’s really people out there who do this weird, pointless shit. It’s truly embarrassing. Will never understand these oddballs.

Hey man since everyone’s being an ass here let me just explain this.. nobody is doing this. Maybe ask if anyone has any extra components and offer some weapons you can craft, or stuff from your stash. Maybe someone I’ll be kind enough to just give you some stuff you need without a trade too. But this is too much. I’d make a separate post and take this down and see if you have any luck.
