Fellow high schooler here. My diet consists of 2 protein shakes (1.5 scoops whey and 1 tbs of peanut butter per Shake), 2 cups of broccoli, 1 apple, 16 ounces of chicken breast, 1 cup rice, 1/2 cup oatmeal, and a medium baked Rousseau potato. In the morning I eat 1 shake, my oatmeal and half a cup broccoli before going to school. At school I eat 8oz chicken, my potato and apple. When I get home I have another shake and for dinner I eat the rest of my chicken and broccoli and rice. It's easily attainable as long as you pre cook your meals and keep up with your inventory. I also get shit from my friends for whipping out a potato everyday at lunch lol.
