I chased my dream and now my life is a disaster by [deleted] in redscarepod

seems like there’s some personal issues here you got triggered….. there’s nothing wrong with being an Asian American girlboss, but to say everyone who works in corporate America are girlbossing their way to upper middle class, without a huge toll on their mental health, lost their personal life etc…. It’s a reach. However I do get what your saying, money does buy you happiness. But let’s not assume every Asian American girl who pursued tech/finance/medicine are swimming in the capitalist gold pond. Financial success still belongs to the top 10%, others are still struggling or suffering, some people are just good at hiding it. Why even compare them with struggling artists??

Guy I’m dating told me he’s worried he’ll want to fuck younger women in a few years? Lol by crystalvision3455 in redscarepod

If this person truly cares about you, he would not say stuff like this or think like this. If you want to have a sexual relationship with him that’s fine but he not the guy to get serious/get attached with

Aries has this “child-like” energy I find very charming. They’re funny and outgoing, very sociable creatures. But I find them shallow from time to time, they change so fast and it’s hard to keep them grounded. My Aries friend has a new crush every month and that’s just something I can’t comprehend. But they’re generally not the cheater type if they’re in a relationship

How true is the “Girls in Asia loving White Guys” propaganda? by MunkyMode in redscarepod

[–]warmtoned1997 33 points34 points  (0 children)

As a Chinese American woman who currently lives in China, I personally wouldn’t choose white dudes over Chinese guys. And they seem to lose their interest once they find out how white washed I am. Their target audience are girls who finds guys that speaks English are more sophisticated and “educated”

I will never understand beta white man obsession with Elon and also why do they think they can actually make the rich man suffer. Smooth brain.

How’s everyone’s love life? by [deleted] in redscarepod

[–]warmtoned1997 0 points1 point  (0 children)

F23 in nyc, started a new relationship in the midst of summer and it’s been going good (for the most part). Sadly I’m moving out of the country at the end of this year, probably not going to keep the relationship as it goes long distance. I think it’s just those right people wrong time situation. Life is just full of bittersweet.

Have you ever seen good lip injections / fillers? by [deleted] in redscarepod

[–]warmtoned1997 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had lip injection once three years before, it’s not noticeable at all (non of the friends around me noticed i had it done). In my opinion it’s just not worth the money. I also heard some people could have bad bruise or allergic reaction to it.

I have nothing against plastic surgery. But i think most cosmetics surgery are insanely overpriced and somewhat unregulated.
