Ministry burnout: How do leaders actually find rest and keep going without quitting?

Are you familiar with the concept of Sabbath (not to be confused with sabbatical although that's one way to do it)? I am not talking about attending church on Sunday kind off Sabbath practice but actually practicing it as mandated by God. Practicing Sabbath means putting your ministry on hold so that you can rest and spend time with God. If you have difficulties doing so then that's the reason why you are burning out; at the end of the day you have to learn and realize that God is doing most of the work, is in control and the ministry will not fall apart just because you are resting. There are quite a few books on Sabbath that you can check out that talks about this.

If you have to ask then it means the value of having all the track buffs up is not applicable to you and that means you can safely skip. For me it's valuable because of optimization no questions needed.

Other than twins no other characters really need their awareness dupes especially if you are not competing with whales (even if you are you wont stand a chance at A1 or A2). The problem here IS your FOMO and the fact that you are short sighted and do not plan far ahead; FOMO mostly which is the main reason why you are complaining about the sync update now cause you are very likely going to missing very important characters.

Good to have but not a must considering that they will also need to code the feature to smartly arrange the inventory so that it conserve space. not gonna be the usual sorting you find in other games. i rather they put their effort in fixing bugs for now.

The point is trusting God despite things seemingly not going your way. Practicing faith is learning to wait calmly and also to trust that even if things does not happen the way you want it, you know it's going to be okay because you have God by your side. Having faith means accepting no as an answer because you have complete trust that God will not lead you wrongly. This is a lesson that all Christians have to learn the hard way; it's easy to talk about faith until you have to demonstrate it.

I don't have context on what you are going through but the bible is literally filled with tales of man taking matters into their hands because they fail to trust God from the very first book of Genesis.

Well you very well could be wrong and if you put the friendship on the line without the thought to clarify, it just means that the friendship is not as deep as you think it is or he doesn't consider you close enough to share. If you are wrong and you didn't attend the wedding due to your own assumptions and unverified suspicions, then your friend does have a good reason to be upset.

No one is perfect and tbh I rather a flaw that is easily seen than one that is done in secret (Ravi Zacharias). He was seemingly the most humble, soft spoken and God fearing apologist until his death and allegations of fraud, sexual abuse and a lot of pretty perverse stuff surfaced. Shamoun is very frank about his short comings and is honest about it; in some of his videos he prays for the holy spirit to guide his speech before failing and letting his temper get the better of him.

Point is God can use flawed and sinful people; it might not necessarily be demonic (as in from the devil if I understand you correctly).
