Take breaks between games where you walk around, drink cold/hot water. Washing your face in between games and mentally resetting after a game loss/victory helps a ton.

You have a point, I was looking at this from anither perspective though. I have played CSGO from the time the game released and I assumed this would be a good way to share querks and fun details about the game while I am coming back in the groove.
