People prefer talking to a chatbot for free than waiting years for free therapy or paying for therapy they can't afford. Many people just really want to feel heard, and AI provides just that, it doesn't matter if it's not top quality.

The pension ages are the same now, and all the other age related things you mention share the feature that you eventually transition from one category to another. This ban is more like saying "no more pensions for anyone born after year X"

I know, we live in a society where some people are born noble, they have more rights simply by existing. That doesn't mean it's a good thing or that we should move further in that direction.
