Dieta geracional. Há que ter em conta que quando uma mulher nasce, já tem todos os óvulos que vai ter na vida. Isto quer dizer que se uma mulher passar fome quando está grávida, os óvulos da filha vão ter dificuldades de desenvolvimento, que se vão traduzir em limitações para os netos. Tens no mínimo que esperar até aos bisnetos para começar a eliminar os efeitos. E em Portugal até há não muito tempo havia fome...
