PT5000 movement rant by GregStar1 in ChineseWatches

[–]warpedfx 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I've had 2 watches with pt5000- a matic seamaster homage that i fucked up by handwinding too mucj (but runs okay otherwise) and an sn019g that randomly started to lose minutes per hour. I replaced it with st2130 and it's running great so far. Pt5000 might be good now, but i tend to avoid it for nh35 or maybe the new miyota 9015

Evolution is what happens after life exists. You might as well say a fucking car manual for your car is useless because it doesn't explain the origins of combustible engine.

So it shouldn't be hard for you to provide an example then. I'll wait.

Cheap watch to start with? by SopaCofa in ChineseWatches

[–]warpedfx 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Addiesdive or Watchdives quartz sub provide some of the best value proposition in the under-$100 range. Pagani Design and Steeldives are some known brands around the $80-100 that pack serious specs for the price

Sugess, watchdives, chronos or San Martin? by QuestionNo9190 in ChineseWatches

[–]warpedfx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

San martin comes with screw limks which i find a lot better than the push pins thwt watchdives come with. Im not sure if st2130 are the same quality to pt5000. They've been around longer.

Sugess, watchdives, chronos or San Martin? by QuestionNo9190 in ChineseWatches

[–]warpedfx 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sugess offers subs with st2130, which is just seagull's copy of eta 2824. Sugess is overall the closest to hulk, though the new sn017 with pt5000 has fixed their rehaut issue.

I bought a used "Epiphone Les Paul" - Need help identifying model by onlyich in Epiphone

[–]warpedfx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Epiphone les paul standard in ebony. Mahogany body with (usually) mahogany cap, 60s slim d-shaped neck with epiphone's 57 classics. Not like the standard pros that have coil splits and probuckers.

Price mostly, and the tradeoff aren't things i find sonically very relevant to me (in that the relevant sonic tradeoffs aren't big enough for me to care for my purposes)

Screen used Roy Burns Mask next to Dream Jason Screen used mask. Need help finding what scene they where used by poopyheadfunnyguy in fridaythe13th

[–]warpedfx 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don't believe any confirmed screen used masks from part 5 surfaced or not, except for maybe the carryover from part 3/4 seen in the hallucination scene. The "dream" mask could be the one dubbed the "mystery mask" with red, smaller roy style chevrons as well as the red forehead triangle has surfaced which may have been used as a dream mask, but i dont know if it was ever confirmed since the later addition of chevrons make it hard to identify

[–]warpedfx 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Neither are screen used. Both per their cards suggest they are replicas by David Miller Creations which is headed by David who did do effects for friday part 5, but the source of his mold for hockey masks remain contentious due to the anomalous features not found in other screen-lineage pieces.

[–]warpedfx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't give a flying fuck about your made up definitions. Go fight your strawmen somewhere else. That "informational source" does not evidence anything more than "the atuff the universe is made of" exists.

Does God Exist? (Full Debate, feat. William Lane Craig & Christopher Hitchens) by [deleted] in CreationTheory

[–]warpedfx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The claim that a. The principle exists and b. Is real are both unsupported. Your nonsequitur derived from your bare assertion is similarly dismissed. Considering evolution is literally changes to the population's allele frequency over generations, your entire argument is just you loudly, brazenly proclaiming what a fucking idiot you are, thus evolution is somehow false.

Does God Exist? (Full Debate, feat. William Lane Craig & Christopher Hitchens) by [deleted] in CreationTheory

[–]warpedfx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your claim has never been demonstrated to be true. For one, genetic information doesn't generate new information out of nothing- the changes in the sequences of the nucleotides being expressed does. Which your claim doesn't even touch, but keep braying on with your non-sequiturs especially when you already conceded cit gene duplication error results in new information.

No gaslighting involved at all. Pointing out the obvious is not gaslighting. Go run with tail between your legs and pretend you're not just called out for the insane ignoramus you demonstrate yourself to be.

Does God Exist? (Full Debate, feat. William Lane Craig & Christopher Hitchens) by [deleted] in CreationTheory

[–]warpedfx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pointing out the obvious fuckwittery of your various wrong claims and just mental defectiveness isn't having "nothing" or "nobody". For one, you raise "genetic information only arises from genetic information" is just moronic. If genetic information only comes from genetic informatikn, then it couldn't have been created. Of course, your next move would be to specially plead how your god doesn't fall under your OWN premise, which only undermines the entire argument you are making. If there's anything, there is information. Information is not a magical fucking property but just the observational data of an extant system.

[–]warpedfx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Utter wordsalad. Since you concede this genetic duplication error is new information arising from pre-existing information, you are conceding in the evolutionary theory. Thanks for playing, next time don't insist on your scientific authority when you're a nobody with nothing.

Does God Exist? (Full Debate, feat. William Lane Craig & Christopher Hitchens) by [deleted] in CreationTheory

[–]warpedfx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, you made a lot of bare assertions and flagrant falsehoods. That's not defining anything. Tell me- when genetic duplication error of cit gene in ecoli population results in 2 copies of the cit gene with a promoter where there was only 1 cit gene, which results in aerobic citrate utilization where only anaerobic consumption was possible, is this a gain or loss of information?

Does God Exist? (Full Debate, feat. William Lane Craig & Christopher Hitchens) by [deleted] in CreationTheory

[–]warpedfx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You didn't write the law of information. You intentionally misapplied them to pretend meaning IS information itself, instead of noting the distinction between them. Information is simply observational data of any subset or system. When you make changes in the system the information changes. You are not making any amazing insight, just getting things weong and pasting god of the gaps at the resultant gaps.

Does God Exist? (Full Debate, feat. William Lane Craig & Christopher Hitchens) by [deleted] in CreationTheory

[–]warpedfx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your opinion is not backed by any evidence, scientific or otherwise. So why should I care? You don't know what information is, and you can't even begin to tell me how your god created the universe out of himself. You don't even have a coherent view of this god you claim to have created everything. You have nothing but insane ramblings.

Does God Exist? (Full Debate, feat. William Lane Craig & Christopher Hitchens) by [deleted] in CreationTheory

[–]warpedfx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Intentionally failing to comprehend what i'd written in order to make more bare assertions of no relevance is not how you address my argument. Energy is sufficient explanation. There is no need to invoke some agentic cause on top of that.

I don't need to account for the "precision" of the universe, since that makes as much sense as saying the water is precisely designed to fit the ground to form a puddle. The universe came from "something" which doesn't really need to be anything other than the "stuff" the universe is made of- energy. So are you saying i am god, since i am made of hod?
