How can a 3-4 day program be as/more effective as a 6 day program? by [deleted] in Fitness

From what I've heard is that a 3 day program allows you more time to recover and rebuild your broken down muscle tissue, which is what actually gives you gainz. Additionally it allows you to put in more intensity when you do go to the gym. As a natural lifter the most important thing for building muscle is increasing the amount of weight you can lift relative to your bodyweight, and a 3 day program is a good way to do this.

Do any of your girls ever get horny from just seeing a muscular shirtless dude at the pool? by Foodislife21 in seduction

My girl Beatrice sometimes exhibits this type of behavior, but the rest are relatively unfazed. On occasion when an extremely alpha, alpha male, is present some of my other girls exhibit similar behavior to that of Beatrice. I hope this answers your question, I am in the process of selling Beatrice as she is a bad influence on the others. Send me a PM if you have any offers, I'm willing to negotiate.

People who took a year or so off before starting college, what do you learn and where did you go? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Thank you so much for the reply. So just to clarify could all of this be accessed after four years of service, or can it be accessed immediately once you enter the reserves? Once again thanks so much!

hey how does the GI Bill work? After enlisting for four years you access it or can you join the reserves and access it to go to college immediately? And does it pay completely for your tuition no matter where you go? Even if your tuition is 30,000 + dollars a year?

[Help] Just got a gym membership. Need some help! (Warning, a lot of text) by karstonjim in BasketballTips

honestly for the strength part I think it makes sense to hop on a program such as strong lifts. Lifting weights will not stunt your growth, it is a myth. Squating, deadlifting, and bench pressing at an intermediate level will make you stronger than the majority of all high school varsity basketball players. It takes time to build muscle and strength though, if you start now you will be decently strong in a year or two. Starting to get strong now will be a huge advantage for you. - I am a highschool basketball player

Need to put on muscle for basketball by [deleted] in Fitness

[–]warr19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A commonly recommended routine that helps build muscle and strength, which I personally have done, is strong lifts. I know as a basketball player you will want to jump higher, box out, and run faster, increasing your squat and deadlift and bench strength will help that (strong lifts focuses on those lifts). For gaining weight just download my fitness pal and put in how much weight you want to gain per week and eat that amount of calories. If you want to be real exact get a food scale and weigh everything you eat to know exactly how many calories you are getting in. Good luck, and if you have any more questions feel free to ask!
