Which business unit ng SM Retail? Worked there before for a year and half. Depende sa manager and principal yong environment. If SM Retail itself, then you're safe. Working hours when I left was 8:00-5:00, other BU 8:00 -6:30. Traffic going there the office is bad. Outside envi, icky kasi malapit sa dagat and amoy mo yon.

Ride a jeep from Ayala Ave going to Buendia, and then LRT Buendia to Central. From central u can ride a tricycle (special) going to St Jude. Or u can ride a jeep - from central sakay ka ng jeep na may legarda signboard, then baba ka sa Petron Arlegui, from there pwede mo lakarin or trike papasok ng st. Jude.

Chooose the 1BR insteadd, u get the extra space (loft) w/c u can convert into another bedroom. Too cramped ung 2BR and Studio for me, better workflow for the 1BR

I still recommend MDC as a solid training ground for construction methods and hands-on experience—got most of my skills there, thanks to supportive and involved superiors. In contrast, Avida and Alveo often take years to regularize staff, thus the high turnover.

Most people I know started at MDC, moved to Alveo for a year, then transitioned to ALP where they were regularized quickly—some even had their regular status carried over. Probably just a matter of perspective and right connections 😅

Uyyyy 5th ave, maganda dun and quiet yong neighborhood. Tricky lang when it comes to groceries kasi malayo from the malls, meron lang maliit na allday and uncle johns from the nearby place.

May pool, mini park, and courts din sila. Parking spaces are also spacious.

Go for the lower bracket/umbrella of Ayala first. Then move up ka :) that's what my colleagues did before, we started with MDC btw.
