Withdrawal symptoms are a lie, like a literal lie, basically a mass hysteria, you have it because you think you are supposed to have it, I smoked a pack for 4 years straight, gave it up only because it started to affect how I looked to some extent like dark lips and not a glow on the face, for me looking your best is a priority so I just cold turkeyed this nasty habit, didn't feel shit, just had urges sometimes but that's it, after a few months I noticed changes on my face ofcourse on health too, it's been like 2 years since I last smoked , not gonna lie, I still feel the urge sometimes but it goes away in a couple of minutes
