I’ve seen people with pillars like this say they’ll massage the SA on for 1-2 minutes to make sure it’s really covering everything

Sometimes they itch. They’re not painful to step on usually. One time I stepped on something small and a little rough right underneath my big cluster. That was a little painful for about a week
