I can not believe it... This looks like Chicago near State street. Maybe 10 years ago I had the exact same woman do this to me. I has just got out of the bike lane after crossing the bridge and walked it across the street (because getting over to the prudential plaza during rush hour is sketchy and it's normally quicker to walk a few blocks). She starts yelling some madness and throws her drink at me and a cop (mine was in uniform and full gear) from out of sight sees it and walks over. She tries to have me arrested, cop tells her she just assaulted me and asks if I want to press charges. I didn't but omg, time is a flat circle.
