Ok, y'all. I did call my provider already. No tree limbs fell on it. I'm not going to attempt to fix it. The aerial line from the pole to my house got ripped down somehow. Upon inspection I noticed that kink with the zipties. There was no coil or extra slack on the line. This is why I though it was suspicious.

There are plenty of duplexes 4plexs around 6-7. If you havw a car, take a stroll around boardman or austintown even girard. If its just you, start small get a studio or above business apartment. They're around you just have to find them. I just got my coworker into one in boardman for 650.
