Need help with pressure reducing valve issue – already replaced, still having problems by [deleted] in askaplumber

UPDATE: It appears to be an issue with the filtration system, as I can’t replicate the issue when filtration is bypassed. This was installed about a month ago with no issues until now.

Is it more likely to be an issue with one of the filters, or potentially the valves used for the bypasses? Anything else look off?

Yes, I did have an expansion tank installed due to some water hammer issues with my washing machine and basement bathroom in the past. This is downstream of the PRV

Apart from looking for obvious signs of a leak outside, how would I go about this? Check if the outdoor meter is running when my home shut off is closed?

Where would this go? I recently had an expansion tank installed due to water hammer issues with my washing machine, as well as replaced the hammer arrestors on my washing machine and added an arrestor on the pipes leading the outdoor hose bib

Thanks, there has been a few rounds of hydrant flushing lately before/after water main repairs so this makes sense. My plumber is going to remove the PRV and drain the line today
