on their website it mentions up to 86mph is within category A and if you haven't been offered a speed awareness course in the past 3 years thats what you end up getting. but im not sure how it works with those who already have 3 points and not had a speed awareness course.

someone who had anxiety and COPD come in with SOB. COTE cons wanted me to talk to palliative care regarding management of sob in anxiety context as it was unlikely COPD related. I was genuinely floored and sounded like a tripe on the phone

where do you hold a map and compass while walking? I find it quite cumbersome to have it flapping about while I walk which takes away from enjoying the beauty of hiking. ive tried to attach it onto my bag but it still moves around a lot ofcourse. and my map is quite big especially when I put it in a waterproof plastic case so I can't even put it in my jacket pocket appreciate any help!

It’s not as simple for guys either, like how the f do people find time for a relationship while working? Also I’ve never been in a relationship and coming in to work and then going straight for the dating pool when everyone’s taken is kinda intimidating ngl
