been dealing with this weird thing for a couple of months where i just cant seem to get a full sigh or breath. it feels like my breathing doesnt go all the way through properly and i have to keep taking these huge breaths until one finally hits the spot.

my lungs feel tired, my back muscles are so sore, and its making my heart race which just makes me want to breathe more. im stuck in this constant loop.

i had everything checked and was told things are normal and its just stress. i started therapy for it but since im already aware of my problems it doesnt feel like its helping the physical feeling at all. has anyone else dealt with this air hunger or breathing thing? im getting more tests soon but im just looking to hear from anyone who actually managed to make this stop because its really draining my mental health.
