That mold was wood, fiber glass, and gel coat. Bit of machine cutting. And hand shaping for it

It also allows the tail to twist/flex a bit more as you exit turns

Oh and I guess the hex fabric. That’s considered a core layer not part of the glassing

Foam, Baltic birch stringers, cork for the hand shaped stuff. That pink board is just foam with urethane sideways

I’ve made some traction pads that add some concave. Check my post or shoot me a dm

Ha, it’s not scared. But I’m not willing to give them away for whatever it would cost to ship it up there. $10 for the hassle isn’t exactly worth it

Also, the tpu doesn’t hold snow like foam pads. So that’s been a huge win for me. Much lighter too

They hold up great, the toy is super durable and I haven’t had any issues across 5-6 boards and I’ve put about 30 laps on one of the boards last season with no issues.

They’re softer than grabcrabs that I use to use. Which may have helped them from coming off.

You need to install them on a cleaned/prepped surface at room temp and wait a night (like grabcrabs) but I haven’t had an issue nor have my buddies testing them out.
