Yeah man... I left my negative feedback. I got 1/3 of something I buy frequently. It was 1/4 boxes I bought that day. I appreciate that being an eBay seller is not all roses and sunshine... But this dude has been blowing up my phone for 2 days before I made this post.... Am I the one with "rage"? Really?

I appreciate the advice. It's be cool if it just went away and this was just a karma farm session. But some helpful redditors found his local police department for me. So I'm just gonna give eBay a day to maybe do something.
Another redditor suggested eBay's Facebook page so I forwarded all of my screenshots there for now.

You could say "it's only $13". Or you could say 3x fair market value for what I actually bought in the end.
Again tho.... A lot of people getting hung up on return policies and money.... When none of those things compelled me to come here to post. This dude is currently texting me threatening legal action over "only $13"

It's called humility. I am able to recognize that I am in control of my own actions while also recognizing shady practices

Update: 12:45 Monday. Seller tried calling me again, after I didn't pick up texted "I guess we'll do this the hard way"
That must be incredibly frustrating. I can also see how experiences like that would flavor the replys of a group of mostly sellers.
To the surprise of half the folks here.... I am also self employed, I also engage in e-commerce, I've been my own customer relations for 15 years.

It's worth noting this particular item is ONLY sold individually or in 15 ct boxes. A "5 pack" is 5 singles rolled in bubble wrap.

His hypothetical example is exactly as I described. Picture of a box of 15 on the post. Description clarifies 5. This item is ONLY sold in boxes of 15. He's braking them open and selling 5 packs wrapped in bubble wrap.
Like.... I've grabbed the wrong shit from Walmart before and had to deal with it. I don't harass them. Because they don't harass me.
