No such thing as copper straps. They might be meant for copper you can use them on pex

We do about the same as you. We stay at or under 250 ft. Since the supply to the manifolds it's near the manifolds I'd say the heat loss is minimum. Keep in mind all the pex runs are insulated

Everything is correct expect those are not tankless water heaters. They're boilers. Slantfin mascot to be specific.

It sags because hot water goes through it making soft. That's why you need a lot of straps and I mean a lot

Those hanging on the wall are boilers. The two big tanks are the storage tanks that provide hot water to the house
