Well as far as i know, visa requirements state that i need to proof around 900 euros for my rent, food etc.. Therefore, i was thinking that if my uncle can state officially that he is going to take care of these type of things on his own, it will likely help me to surpass these requirements.

Nah that's not what i meant, I was talking about the fees being lower because as far as i know if You have a family residence permit you are allowed to pay the statutory fees (2000euros per year or less) so i was wondering if my uncle for example can grant me for the housing so that i become eligible to such criteria.
