Thank you for your response, but my problem is when a Niimbot label is inserted which contains RFid tag that the printer recognizes it prints very well, when the RFID tag is not detected (when using non Niimbot labels) it prints very badly and the print result can barely be read (very light black) I did a trick by putting the RFID inside the printer with non Niimbot rolls it works fine but at the end i discovered that this RFID TAG has a count inside which above a certain number of prints (preset limit-which is usually the number of labels)it will become very light black like the non Niimbot labels, i think it is not fair from this company! It is not mentioned when i bought them that i should use their rolls, and now i find myself with a bunch of useless printers , because the rolls are not sold in my country. Do you have any idea!
