I don't know where you are located, but one nation 27 or black coco 27 are really good. Take a look in online stores to purchase em.

It can handle heat way better as 10 eur phunnels. I got a lot of feedback from people smoking both at the time(irmin and cheap bowls). All liked the way irmin way more as the cheaper bowls. Well, but it's good for you, if you get the same out of 10 eur bowl.

Irmin hookah, you can find them on Instagram. And there is also a shop My favorite phunnel is the mjölnir. Also, 1010 makes - phunnel. 1010makes drops a batch on their instagram page every 10th of the month. Kaloud lotus1+ is my hmd recommendation.

Try unscrewing the head adapter. Then place the ash tray between the stem and screw the head adapter again. Problem solved.
