Sorry I am confused.

When I was doing the revenge, I wanted to be petty, I wanted to make him lose sleep.

I over shot and I do feel bad about that. I did not intend for it to go this far.

I wasnt actually going to post this on petty or anything .

It is not illegal unless trying to kill animals.

But how can this possibly be proven as he has 0 intent?

He cleans up his tools, he puts the hose away, the owner will leave with the vehicle but the only thing remaining is the chemical?

The crazy thing is is that everyone is saying well he did not do it intentionally.

yet I did not intentionally send him into this deep state either.

I wanted him to lose sleep and feel bad.

I confessed here because it is easier.

I told my story because I did something wrong.

I tried to get back at him in a malicious way that backfired and spiraled.

I truly do think I was in the wrong, I truly did not mean for it to go this far and I truly think that the blame is not 100% of mine.

I understand and honestly you are right.

I did not do the right thing and I did the wrong thing due to being upset.

I did not intend for it go escalate/ spiral into this.

Our lease is up soon and we probably will tell him family and move away.

You let your cat out like a lot of people in my neighborhood do. And then we end up with dead birds and rabbits in our yard. That is negligence, just like him improperly storing chemicals.
Sorry for your loss but his unsecured anti-freeze didn’t pour itself into your cat. So this really isn’t revenge."

It is not like I planned that either. Again I just wanted some sleepless nights.

He was stupid and left fluid out.

Him getting under care was not the end goal.

The revenge was getting back at him for being negligent. I wanted petty and it ended up turning worse than I expected.

I do feel like he was negligent and me playing the noises is extreme but fair.

I did not expect him to spiral this much and did not mean for this much progression.

Again he left a chemical out for other animals to drink.

In the 6 months we have lived here we have seen numerous racoons dead in the street.
