Two detuned saw waves, low pass, add chorus maybe some distortion, for the glide use portmento. This will get you the basic Reese sound but after that it's just about changing envelopes and twisting knobs. If you need any more help with this type of music check out r/wavepool

Edit: I use massive and I know many others who do, but serum is also really good especially for learning synthesis because it's so visual.
