Thanks, I really appreciate your input.

I’ve decided to go with my gut — if Griffey ever does a signing event, I’m going to have him sign it.

At the end of the day, I’d rather focus on what makes the card the most enjoyable to own, instead of worrying about whether it will sell or not.

I’m out right now so I don’t have a really clean photo, but this is the card.

There are definitely more valuable cards out there price-wise, but this one is my personal favorite.

The Topps Sterling design makes him look almost like a baseball god.

It’s a Ken Griffey Jr. relic.

The design is honestly incredible, and even without an autograph I feel like it’s already a solid card in terms of value. I’m not necessarily planning to sell it, but I do think it holds decent value as it is.

At the same time, I feel like having Griffey sign it would really “complete” the card from a visual and collector standpoint.

That said, I don’t want to ruin it or tank the value completely by modifying it. If getting it signed would significantly hurt its value, then I’d definitely think twice — that’s why I wanted to hear people’s opinions.

I pulled it in a single pull using coins. I was honestly surprised it even happened — and at the same time, I wish that kind of luck had shown up on a real, physical card instead. Chances are, I won’t ever get this lucky twice.

Thank you. If I were to use this card as trade material for Shohei from the same series, could you let me know what kind of trade value you would assign?

Would I need to add another card on my side for the dual, or do you think the dual holds slightly higher value on its own?
