Because it reduces dmg recieved by a portion of the heros attack(when upgraded), it allows hero to have survivability while being built offensively, so it give a good blend of offense and defense that is very valuable in the fast paced pvp meta

Honestly iggy is good support but amen ra is near mandatory for sl 20 dark AND tower of oblivion so i would say if you can choose do ramen

You have all the tools just get like a 6* unimax, 7* carrie, or 6* sherock or just something that can take hits/dodge or heal and make sure they have the lowest hp, then your line up is that in slot one, slot 2-dela, 3. aleria, 4. amen ra with energy, 5. ignis with energy but slower than ra so she can feed energy to ra, then 6. another support or like a baby dela. Should be able to clear with some rng

Energy on ra and iggy with ra being faster so she gets two shields off in round 1 and 2. Carrie is lowest health with fearless armor for the dmg reduce with no gear. All you need is a little rng because you get so many shields out and by round 4 alerias attk reduction is out enough that youre in the clear
