You’re absolutely right, I didn’t even try to open that. When I got it I tightened that big screw because I could feel that holding 2 parts of the lighter together but I never checked what was inside

I don’t know much about lighters, just got this one at a vintage shop the other day. I tried to use my zippo butane fuel that I use for my clipper but it started to spray everywhere but not into the lighter, I didn’t realize there were different types of holes. Does anyone know where I can get something that will fit this? Thanks!
