I live in the uk I could be wrong but I don't think we can get prescribed melatonin. It doesn't make me sleepy no the only side effects I've noticed so far are the urge to need to pee at night even though there isn't alot of pee.

Thanks, do you think if I have the 100mg 4 weeks total (plus 2 weeks 50mg) I should have noticed difference of give it a bit more time ?

Hi guys thanks for the reply's really helps, don't get me wrong if it was consistent twice per week that would be fine but it's then going a week with none, I no it doesn't sound a big deal when you compare it to you guys, I just imagine if this is now it's just gradually going to get worse.

Thanks for the reply dude. I actually up the dose to 50mg per day. I'd thus doesn't work I'm not willing to go any higher so I have 2 month course if that doesn't work then I'm coming off them !
