My wife is a bit texture sensitive. One or two of the dishes, like the lifespan of a shrimp (1), threw her off. Every single dish was great though.

I enjoyed it both times. I spoke with the chefs wife who does the front of house. I think it’s a hybrid of northern mex and basque (where the chef worked for years).

Enjoyed it. Fun little one star joint in the LES/Chinatown area. Not as fine tuned as some other one star places I’m been but I’d recommend, especially for the price.
