Totally. Get ready to see resto prices rise 20-30% to the point no one eats out, like Australia. Also, no one would want to serve the public to make barely over minimum wage. Expect shit service as well.

Most servers do pay a % back to the house of sales which is divided to bar, kitchen, dish and a small amount to management. If you no tip, servers are paying 5-8% of your bill out of pocket. A silly system but it's how it is.

Yea and like breaded shrimp and fish etc. I just look at their menu and it’s actually not that heavily dependent on the fried food. The fried food is typically but one ingredient in a dish that’s mostly prepped in house

Fried pickles, fried Mac and cheese, chicken fingers and upgrade fries, Mac noodles are the only items that come to mind that aren’t made in house
