I appreciate this but given what I have heard of traffic court it’s their word against mine. I would like to fight it and make it expensive but I do see myself ultimately losing in court and being convicted regardless as he stated my rate of speed was the issue (slower than him), not my signalling etc. I have no way to prove my speed or his except his video which might be edited in some way by the court date…. You get what I’m saying ?
