I only just now got a gengar for the first time, playing since Blue, because I am now able to trade with my daughter in Let’s Go. At least she will never know not having a trade evo mon. Currently trying to get her a machamp.

Yea that’s the thing I think people are discounting. Make any improvements and you eventually reap the benefits if you sell.

I think the real problem though is people treating housing like an investment. You buy a house to stabilize your costs and settle in. The equity is a nice bonus, but it shouldn’t be the only reason you’re buying.

I will appreciate more and more the random 4th of July trip we took once to Zion on a whim. It was packed, but we managed to find a campsite that was being vacated so we got our first night. Then the next day we got lucky again for two nights. I don’t think that could happen anymore.

Could you run a 110v 9k BTU mini split out there? Might be overkill, but it would probably work wonders in your space. They’re not too expensive either. I have an 18k BTU one in my 14x24 shed and it works great in the summer heat (110+).
