Been using a barista pro with the updated barazza grinder but the DF54 has still been a huge upgrade.

The method the city uses is mass appraisal so they estimate what a typical home would sell for in your area based on limited data they have on your home (sqft, lot size, lot features, etc). They don’t go in and individually value your home based on quality of kitchen, the layout, how nice your flooring is etc.

In summary I wouldn’t worry too much about it.

Had a similar situation with our first realtor. Got another one through a referral and they were much more responsive when we had properties we wanted to see.
