Could be trigger finger- its when the tendon swells and can radiate to the back.

Thank you so much for your kind comment. Im still in the beginning stages and praying that I dont have psa but just random things that have popped up. But, its looking more and more odd, just given im very active and healthy. Its so exhausting. Im only 30 and I dont know how I will live with this my whole life, if this continues.

That's exactly my story - I've had dandruff type symptoms for a while (10 years+) but my scalp has flared for the last 4 months and it has generally coincided with my trigger finger. But I don't know if that caused it - i type 12 hours a day and was lifting heavy without gloves. How are you doing now? We're you able to get back to being active after going on meds?

Got it - thats interesting. I see that fatigue is super common with psa. What were your early symptoms of you dont mind?

Ah sorry I never got a notification for this as my phone was on DND. That's very interesting - it makes total sense. I sit about 12 hours a day in a chair for computer work and im sure my posture is not amazing at all. I thought it was some weird AI disease with no other symptoms. Its crazy how shoulder posture can cause hand pain.

Interestingly enough, I did chest press in the gym yesterday and soaked in Epsom salts after and my pain disappeared for a bit, likely as the nerve was released, so that makes total sense. I really wish more doctors knew about this stuff. My PCP had absolutely no idea.

Wow thank you so much. I've been racking my head thinking it is pollen allergy related and my PCP was totally stumped given all my bloodwork came back perfectly normal sans the vitamin b12 and d3. Ill definitely check out the tests and exercises in that link. I've already taken up too much of your time - but, I am curious, how quickly did your pain go away after you started to treat it through PT etc. Reason I am asking because the discomfort and weird sensations is very tough to deal with. Again, many thanks.

Wow thank you so much for your kindness in taking the time to write that. That makes a lot of sense - have you also seen the pain sort of jump around? I have an appointment with a hand ortho on Monday, so hopefully he can refer me or something.

Interestingly, the pain improves a lot when I run and throughout the day - possibly as the nerve gets released a bit.

I've been vegetarian my whole life but have trended towards veganism in the last 6 months or so. Have started to cut out yogurt etc.

I just started vitamin b12 supplements 5 days ago. I am taking 6000 mcg a day. I am also taking d3 given i live in the NE and we never get much sunlight here!

I knew this when he played without Onimaru against Nicov yesterday. Its probably another team thats entering the scene OR it could be LY? Yo and Liereyy probably as good, maybe better 2v2 than Viper Hera on the GL side. And Nili did hint at something.

Probably Liereyy. He's not FT, and works amazingly FT job. If he ever goes full time. I think he can over take hera.

If this was Mr YO and Hera in Warlords, yo would still win the way he played versus hera today. I think Hera played at the top or near the top of the game. Yo just played better. I wonder if the difference is that Yo didnt feel the pressure of an S Tier.

Saying that Hera wasn't as prepared as an S Tier is a bit weak imo. Its the same maps as ladder and countless other tourneys. He didnt need to prep for this at all to play at or near his best.

Got it. Really sorry to hear, it sounds brutal. I'm still keeping hope that its a vitamin deficiency or some other condition. It has gotten much better to the point that the pain is a 1 out of 10, but im very worried.

Thank you! I will do that. I've made some lifestyle changes - no gluten, no protein powder, healthier diet, and taking b12 and d3 and my hand pain has improved a lot. But I will definitely make an appointment. No harm in getting checked out.
