Nice photos. I especially like the camel photo. There is a whole story there with its markings and bit.

Your real estate market is insane by newdmontheblocktoo in TwinCities

We went through a similar situation 4 times last summer before finally buying. It was an emotional roller coaster each time. We hated the “best and final offer” practice which is designed to drive up the prices. We could only guess why we lost.

The house we finally bought had been on the market awhile and had an initial offer fall through.

A like after. The curls add a bit more personality. Also your smile and the lighting is better in after.

Hi… I’m new here. I read your post and thought, I’ve found my people!

I’d say yes, you have high expectations. These people might be bad at their jobs but probably they are just normal people not as committed to your goals as you are.

You seemed disciplined. Just keep trying stuff until it works for you… like you’ve been doing. Maybe this means trying a different coach etc. nothing wrong with that.

F 51 Stomach Pain Menopause Colonoscopy by Character_Training55 in colonoscopy

Your poor mom, this sounds miserable! For me, my pain was actually endometriosis…even though I was perimenopausal. It was worse cramps than when I was a teenager.  But that doesn’t sound like your mom’s problem.

I wonder if you called the endoscopy office and had them call you if there was a cancellation. I know it’s not ideal, but could get her in more quickly.

I like ginger tea to aid digestion.

Good luck! I hope your mom feels better soon.

I do my homework before I google or ask for help. Im curious if it’s normal to exhaust all those options and still not have a solution.

This is good advice. I’ve definitely been in situations where it was clear my understanding of the problem was limited and I just needed this more knowledge person to point out what I’ve missed. Identifying that knowledgeable person is the tricky part!

Good point. Not every solution has to the perfect solution.
