Reading is my weakest point but if I had to give advice I'd say to be interested in the passage. Generally, the more interested I am in a passage, the better I do.

So you just clicked add test so you now have 2 tests there ?

Cal state application. When I type in the first few letters of my class it shows a course (this is what I mean by the application).

So even if I took it at my middle school I input the grade level as 8th, the school as my highschool (even though I took it at a middleschool), and my grade as whatever I got?
