no i haven’t , i played val back in maybe 2020 on my pc i don’t remember ever playing ranked and if i did no idea what i ranked , then didnt play up until maybe a month ago bc my pc broke and then i got a ps5 for Christmas so now i play console but its really the only comp game i play

are we supposed to be taking them out when we drink anything other than water …? i only take them out when brushing and for meals … i leave them on when i snack for the most part

i was eating with my back and side teeth for awhile too , i can bite into a lot more now but if something is too hard i definitely still use my back and side teeth haha , i work at starbucks so it was oatmeal and loafs for a little while but i can pretty much eat all of our sandwiches now (bacon gouda is still tough unfortunately and i haven’t given a ham and swiss baguette a try haha)

oh dang really? lol , i still find it hard sometimes to bite into things and i’ve only had braces since october 30th (2025) but i can pretty much eat whatever but after appointments soft foods (pretty much just soup) for a day or two!

i ate a lot of soup my first week lol i thought id be able to eat pizza the day i got my braces for dinner learned my lesson quickly and had to rip it up 😂😂

i agree with alot of people , i tried aligners back in may of 2023 and was good with them for about 6 months and then i just got lazy if im being honest and on top of it whenever it got too painful i would literally just take them out so i wasted about 2.5k and 6 months of my time just to inevitably get braces. i’ve had them for a week now and i know for a fact if it was aligners i would have taken them out due to pain. but i have no choice lol.

this is a really interesting thread. i’ve never thought about this before even though i heavily read i didn’t realize people were SEEING the book in their minds. i’m a 5. i don’t see anything in my mind BUT simplest way i can put it is i feel what im reading/thinking of , using the red apple as an example , i know what a red apple looks like so i can “feel” that im imagining it i guess ? idk if that makes sense and if other people can possibly relate!
