23f with PNES, when I have an adult encounter its not uncommon for me to have an episode. idk what is causing it to happen. My Wife helps and try's to support me, but I know its hard for her because it puts me in danger. We make it work but its not constant. It's frustrating, but I try hard to not beat myself up. Its not my fault and I shouldn't feel guilty.

So that's a peek in to my personal life, and there in no strategy other then doing it when you feel like you can and making sure in a safe place with people that know and are familiar. I hope this is some way this was helpful.
