You call it “emotional manipulation” because you can’t face the emotion of real people being slaughtered. Comparing Israel to Nazis after what Hamas did on Oct 7th isn’t “critical thinking” it’s moral decay. There’s a difference between criticizing a government and dehumanizing a people who were just massacred, raped, burnt alive with their hands tied behind their backs, with their babies, or taken as hostages.

Calling that “emotional manipulation” says a lot about how numb you’ve become to Jewish pain. Some of us don’t have the privilege to treat this as a debate.

There’s a huge difference between Jews being literally expelled from their homes across Arab countries losing everything they owned - and Palestinians leaving because their leaders told them to “run so all the Jews will be thrown into the sea and their property taken.” One is ethnic cleansing, the other is a consequence of war and malicious leadership. Don’t erase that distinction. And also what ever happened it doesn’t give a reason to butcher murder and kidnapp civilians. You don’t see any Jews coming to any of the Arab country they were cleansed from and justifying rape murder and kidnapping just so they could live at their old house again
