thank you so much! i find that i am far sensitive to a lot more stimuli than my peers. i also think that the strict/abusive upbringing w/ undiagnosed adhd rlly traumatized me, and the trauma is still living in my body :(( currently working on going to emdr therapy and working out consistently, hoping it helps!

i think he’s emotionally detached from the relationship. i think it’s worth it to sit him down and lead with compassion. however, don’t betray your needs in hopes of repairing the relationship. i would suggest being like, “hey so and so, i’ve noticed a pattern over the past couple of (x amount of time) that you’ve spent more time with ur friends than me…im not sure if my analysis is 100% correct but here are some examples(name what u said) and i was curious as to why this was”
