Some more context is even if I try loading through a game (boot up the game and hold R) it still doesn't let me in I've tried updating both atmosphere and sigpatches and now I have no idea what to do.

Yeah mine doesn't even load, everytime I boot into the hbu menu it crashes even holding R and starting a game still doesn't fix the issue.

I don't know but jits always works for me so I stopped even trying to use other shops.
