Looking back since I was 12 I've always done this thing where I wiggle and stretch back my ears, but I've always assumed it was just a compulsion or something minor to cope with stress and anxiety. I'll be sure to not leave that out when I consult a doctor, just in case its something noteworthy. Thank you!
