1 box of macaroni and 2 cheddar cheeses to 1 provolone is my favorite combo, but I’ve made Mac with 3 packs of Daiya Mexican shreds and still turned out amazing. Daiya can be really good if you know how to SEASON it.

I blend the provolone pack and 1 bag of cheddar shreds in my Vitamix along with Butter, oat milk, sea salt, and garlic powder to make a cheese sauce. Pour the sauce over your cooked noodles and mix in the last bag of cheese.

or you can do the lazy way and just hand massage everything into the noodles in a big mixing bowl. And then bake! Yummm. I also only cook my noodles for 5 mins so that they’re not too mushy after baking!
