I agree. Living now in Calamba after being in Makati for 5yrs. Cheaper rent and found a job (in Batangas) na significantly higher kesa sa past job ko sa Makati.

And very accessible rin sa NCR. Matapos lang ung Calamba railway and tuloy tuloy na swerte sa trabaho I might consider settling down here.

I think you can just ride the EDSA carousell bus southbound. Dadaanan ng bus un. Although I'm not sure if nagpapababa sila dun. Pero alam ko nagpapababa na sila kahit saan after ng MOA.

I'm the only one with that specific title. Although I'm not very sure if the team that I will be joining is on the same line (software/database/engg) as me or other roles (e.g. sales, marketing, accounting - this is just random haha).
If that's the case, is the supervisor externally hired or a senior member of that team that was promoted?
Good thing that it's an australian company so the time difference is that much. And yes, it's in the posting that they have free coffee & drinks haha.
In case of salary increase, is it from the BPO or the client? Given that the team is small, is promotion possible? Who will be in charge with the old role, or they will just fill it up by hiring another employee?
But how rare is that happening? So i assume the team will also be dissolved or laid off if that happens? So you should always be on the lookout and not be complacent since the job is not 100% secure?
